SHIPPING POLICY
We ship our packages out via Priority Mail. Priority shipping within the United States is $10 Express Shipment out the United States is $35. Orders will ship within 3-5 business days of receiving payment. Orders require 1 business days for delivery after it ships depending on its destination. Shipping confirmation and tracking is available via email as soon as your order ships.
EXPRESS SHIPMENTS
All express shipments are processed by 5pm EST. Once an express shipment is placed please contact Kar'Deon's House of Hair to verify we have received your request.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Kar'Deon's House of Hair Company is not responsible for any fees (custom fees or taxes) associated with your shipment upon delivery.
We DO NOT REFUND shipping charges for orders returned.
OUR RETURN POLICY
If you are not completely satisfied with your Kar'Deon's House of Hair before it is installed, we will exchange your purchase if the bundle is unopened and the hair is in its original condition within 7 days of purchase. Just call us:
